About The Course
This 5-part course series is designed to help participants begin to develop a self-directed framework to better understand others and themselves in ways that facilitate healthy change in relationships, communities, and organizations. In doing so, this course is meant to create a safe place for conversations and peer support around mental health, trauma and addressing stigma.
